1. Are all your roofing panel machines parts manufactured in your own factory?
No, not all parts of machine made in our factory. For the main parts like rollers and machine frame we made ourselves. But for the motor, hydraulic system, PLC control system, we buy from world famous factory like Semen, Panasonic.
2. Where is your factory, can we come and see it?
Our factory is located in China, Hebei province, Cangzhou City Botou. This city has more 500 steel machine molding history. Before and after placing order, you can come to factory at any time. We have English, Russian, Spanish and other language interpreter.
3. What about training, can it be done at our premises?
About the training, we will do after machine finishes. Buyer could arrange engineer to learn at our factory or, we can make video to show how machine works meanwhile there us user manual for your reference.
4. Do you have purchasing terms?
No, but we have a number of financial institutions that support us and also we have access to funds via many different Government Funding schemes. This is done via a network of consultants.
5. Do you have a buy back guarantee?
No, the vast majority of our customers are happy and successful, on the odd occasion that someone moves towns or countries we will assist in the on selling of the machine.
6. If we have a breakdown how soon can you attend to it?
Generally same day, depending on how far our technicians are from your premises.
7. Do you only supply people in South Africa?
We are happy to do business anywhere in the world, we have machines all around Africa and the neighboring China as well as countries like Indian and Vietnam.
8. What warrantee do your machines have?
Our machines carry a 12 month conditional warrantee. If any part of the machine broken as the machine design reason then we will send a new part. One year later, we provide totally the whole life tech support.
9. If machine is not good, can we get deposit back?
First, this kind of accident seldom happen, as we have strong quality control system. During the making, we will update with customer now and then. Even if it is not good, we will refund all payment back. Factory is there; we will not deny and ruin our factory good fame.
