2. Features of burn-free brick making machine:
1.Baking-free/unfired bricks:no need of firing bricks,no kiln,no steam cure; new trend and benificial investment in construction field;
2.High pressure/strength: mechanical vibration and double-sided pressure,the maximum forming pressure can reach 360ton, enhance high strength of bricks,each brick stress of more than10MPA, can be used in bearing walls;
3.Environmental friendly:a wide range of wastes as material, such as sand, fly ash,slag, construction waste, industrial tailings, stone dust, coal gangue, etc,turn waste as “wealth”,protect environment;

4.Technological Process of the whole automatic brick making line:
Natural Curing Period: |
Firstly, after the bricks be shaped , brick can be stacked for 10-14 layers directly. be cured with water 24 hours later. |
Secondly, in the later days, curing bricks with water twice a day in spring and autumn, 3 times a day in summer. |
Lastly, after curing with water in such way within 20 days, the bricks have reached the high strength and can be applied. bricks can be sold after 15 days.as time goes on ,the brick strength is becoming higher and higher, more and more durable. |
