1. Introduction
The ply wood waste carbonizing furnace is a new type designed machine for changing the wood briquette,bamboo,wood log,coconut shell and so on into charcoal,It is selling well for its easy operating,high capacity,good quality.once carbonization need 8 hours,smokeless and raw materials can be wood log or other flammable goods.
2. Materials scope: all kinds of wood, wood chips, wood branches, wood sawdust, wood wastes and other kinds of biomass like rice husks, peanut shells, coconut shells, wheat brans, stalks, etc. And, the biomass briquettes like rice husk briquettes, wood briquettes can also be carbonized by our machine!

1. Easy operate and maintain, higher safety, energy saving.
2. High carbonization rate, no smoking, little pollution, high efficiency.
3. Newly developed carbonization stove, which can dry the materials with the superfluous energy produced in the process of carbonization. 6-8 hours per stove and can work continuously.
4. The tube of fume extraction will recycle the gas flow which come from the inner stove during the carbonizing process for continue warming the stove, and it will save and 70% energy consumption and recycle 95% smoking.
