Advanced Fly ash AAC Concrete Block Machinery Plant
Basic Introduction of aerated autoclaved brick (block) making machine:
AAC device can take different process according to the category of raw materials, quality and technology characteristics of main equipment and so on.But in general, grind the fly ash or silica sand and water into slurry, adding powdered lime, cement, gypsum and foaming agent, after agitating,then inject into mold frame, quiet foaming and curing, cutting into various specifications of blocks or plates, taken into autoclaved kettle by steam car, formed into porous lightweight aerated concrete products under high temperature and saturated steam curing.

Production Process of aerated autoclaved brick making :
According to the category and quality of raw material, and the features of equipment, the aerated concrete can be manufactured in different processes. Generally, add water to ash, silica sand or slag and crush them into slurry; then add powdery lime, cement of right amount, plaster, vesicant, foam stabilizer, and mix and pour it to mould frame; after curing, foaming and hardening, cut it into blocks and boards in different specifications; finally, transport it into pressure steamer with steam-curing cart, and get the light cellular concrete after steam-curing with high temperature and pressure.
