The KT-300S thermometer is assembled with single-point temperature control cards. Each card only controls the temperature of one hot point. The display of control card can show preset temperature, actual temperature and alarm, and you may set temperature parameters via the display.
The advantage of single-point controller is that one circuit board has one corresponding heating point so the display is the clear, operation and repair are simple and easy. But the temperature controller occupies a large space due to its large volume in case of numerous hot runner control points.

Product Functions:
1It adopts It adopts FUZZY PIDD control technology and can automatically adapt to any heating mould in case of no tuning PID parameter so it increases working efficiency greatly
2 380v input protection avoids the damage to controller arising from wrong voltage input
3Thermocouple protection function enables the controller to identify heating wire and thermocouple automatically to avoid the damage to thermocouple arising from wrong input of inductor
4 In case of there is short circuit between heating wire and load, heating wire output short circuit protection function enables the controller to close output automatically so as to avoid the damage to hot runner system and controller
5 Automatic environment linear compensation ensures higher precision of temperature value
6 Thermocouple automatic cool-end compensation avoids relative error due to change of environment temperature
7 Monitoring inductor error: The controller can detect reverse and open circuit of inductor and it will take actions according to error type and controller's mode

After temperature setting, the controller is in normal temperature rise phase via soft start. When the temperature reaches to a certain range, the controller will change algorithm. Figure 1 shows the process of temperature change. The figure indicates that the maximum change is 5°C, the smoothness is hihger and the transition process is shorter. Therefore, it is extremely applicable to heatsensitive plastic matierlas.
When the system is in stable status and the controller ensures its strongness, the controller is in status control mode and the temperature stability in stable status should be strictly controlled within ±0.5°C under free-load. Figure 2 shows the actual temperature change in stable status (in case that the load disturbance is not stronge. The figure reflects that the controller is highly applicable to high-precision temperature control.
