6 Zone Touch Screen Hot Runner Temperature Controller for Plastic Injection Machine Modular
The AST KT-600D series temperature controller is a microprocessor based double zone temperature controller specially designed for hot runner applications and compatible with all standard mainframes. Centralized control:The temperature controller is assembled with inner temperature control card and display. Inner temperature control card is integrated with multiple-point temperature control chip and connected to the display via data cable. The display can show preset temperature, actual temperature and alarm of all heating points, and you may set temperature parameters of all heating points via the display. In case of controlling over same quantity of heating points, the volume of centralized controller is the smallest one due to its highly-integrated inner temperature control card.

The Temperature Controller Product Functions:
1 It adopts It adopts FUZZY PIDD control technology and can automatically adapt to any heating mould in case of no tuning PID parameter so it increases working efficiency greatly
2-380v input protection avoids the damage to controller arising from wrong voltage input
3-Thermocouple protection function enables the controller to identify heating wire and thermocouple automatically to avoid the damage to thermocouple arising from wrong input of inductor
4 In case of there is short circuit between heating wire and load, heating wire output short circuit protection function enables the controller to close output automatically so as to avoid the damage to hot runner system and controller
5 Automatic environment linear compensation ensures higher precision of temperature value 6- Thermocouple automatic cool-end compensation avoids relative error due to change of environment temperature
7 Monitoring inductor error: The temperature controller can detect reverse and open circuit of inductor and it will take actions according to error type and controller's mode
