The AST(KT-300D series) is the high-precision intelligent hot runner controller independently developed by our company. It has dual-mode (PID/PIDD) controller so it can change the mode to satisfy temperature control requirements according to different hot runner moulds. The AST temperature controller features 380V input power misconnection-resistant function, output short circuit protection and misconnectionresistant function between couple cable and output power. It is known that the precision of temperature control places direct influence on molding shrinkage, inner stress and smoothness of injecting molding products in hotrunner-based injection molding industry and precision injection molding industry. High-precision temperature control is especially vital to produce micro and precise injection molding products in case that the mould has accurate guidance system and minor fitting allowance. 1It adopts It adopts FUZZY PIDD control technology and can automatically adapt to any heating mould in case of no tuning PID parameter so it increases working efficiency greatly
2 380v input protection avoids the damage to controller arising from wrong voltage input
3Thermocouple protection function enables the controller to identify heating wire and thermocouple automatically to avoid the damage to thermocouple arising from wrong input of inductor
4 In case of there is short circuit between heating wire and load, heating wire output short circuit protection function enables the controller to close output automatically so as to avoid the damage to hot runner system and controller
5 Automatic environment linear compensation ensures higher precision of temperature value
6 Thermocouple automatic cool-end compensation avoids relative error due to change of environment temperature
7 Monitoring inductor error: The controller can detect reverse and open circuit of inductor and it will take actions according to error type and controller's mode
