Testing machine
Quality inspection
1.Raw material inspection:to test whether the chemical composition is qualified or not.
2.Heat pipes inspection:to measure the outer diameter and the wall thickness.
3.Semifinished product inspection:to check the OD and inner diameter.
4.Patrol inspection:to measure the OD and ID.
5.Performance testing:to test the mechanical property of the pipe.
6.ECT/UT:we need to test the pipe one by one.
7.Artifical inspection:to check the OD and WT.
Notes:We have strict quality control in every process per pipe.
Woven bags in bundles;plastic caps at the ends;as customer's requirements
20 feet container load 20-25 tons pipe,which length is under 5.8m;
40 feet container load 20-25 tons pipe,which length is under 11.8m;
We will consider bulk cargo when the goods are more than 200 tons to save freight fee for our customers.
