Product Description
Shopping plastic bag making machine/ PE film blowing machine
Brief introduction:
This machine has four functions (soft loop handle bag, patch handle bag, poly draw handle bag, die cut handle bag). It is coupled with machinery, light, electronic and pneumatic.
Features:
1. Flexible soft loop handle and patch film feeding system, fully automatic.
2. Pre-sealing knife heated on double sides and strong for fusing, to make the bags without deformation.
3. The best quality side sealing knife of Italy, Heated to high temperatures not deformation.
4. Newly design of sealing knife top lift and turn over system.
5. It's designed by heating punching abd it's easy to cut off, the waster is excluded automaticlly.
Optional:
1. Single sheet film folding unit, hydrulic loading device (connect or fission).
2. Top folding continuously sealing device.
3. Bottom seal knife + double seal knife
Performance and Characteristics:
1. It can produce vest bags with HDPE,LDPE material.
2. It adopts computer control, double step (servo) motor fixed length and the liquid crystal touch screen actual display to finish the feeding,
sealing, cutting, punching holes and transporting only in one process.
3. It's traced by 2 photocells to make the printing very exact.
