Machine Descriptions:
1. This China automatic nail making machine adopts plunger type structure to ensure its high working
Speed, low noise and low impact characteristics.
2. All the main components are made of quality steel, such as shaft, cams and gear.
3. The nails made by the machine will be straight, the point of the nails will be sharp and symmetrical, the
Nails cap will be round, every nail will be perfect.
Material: Normal wire, new metal wire, waste rebar, scrap steel bar, hard-drawn wire, waste electrode,
And other kind of waste steel.
Manufacturing Process:
Steel wire--- wire drawing--- nail making --- nail polishing finished nails
1. Wire Drawing Machine is used to draw the wire to the fine dia we need.
Pointing Rolling Machine is used to make the point of the wire smaller so that it can get through the wire drawing dies before drawing.
2. Nail making machine is used to make nails.
We just need to put the fine dia wire into the entrance of the nail making machine.
It will finish nail making fully automatic.
3. Nail Polihsing Machine is used to make the nail brightening.
Grinder which is used to make the nail knives more sharp.
Maintenance:
1. No adjust when the machine is working
2. Keep the nail making machine clear, wash the nail mould regularly, don't use rust the
Steel wire making nail.
3. Before pull the inlet wire hand shank, the nail making machine should be open in
Advance. Stop inlet wire when you want to turn off the machine keep the nail knife sharp.
4. Note the temperature changes of each rub parts and abnormal noise during machine running.
5. Turn off the powder supply before you fix the machine.
Packaging: Packed by plastic film in pallet or according to client's requirement.
