The machine with 20-26 grinding heads is suitable for grinding the double straight-line of flat glass. Rough grinding, fine grinding,polishing can be done at one time.Gliding of grinding head holder adopts double straight line rolling glide. Double ball screw rod transmission stabilizes moving speed and eliminates moving gap, reduces resistance and wear out, and ensures repeated positioning. PLC control system sets processing parameters via interface, and finishes processing at one time.Polishing grinding head combines pneumatic machinery and lock control, and can be operated independently.

 

The product has stable structure, precise and smooth transmission system,advanced configuration control system and super size processing capacity, suitable for processing glass for home furniture and architecture.

Application of Double Straight-line Glass Edging Machine : 

This machine is used for grinding the parallel straight lines of the flat glass of different size and thickness from 2 to 19 mm. Also it can process the chamfer at 45º of the straight edge and grind the four angles.

1. This machine consists of 8 parts: main body, fixed grinding head rack, movable grinding head rack, pressing conveying belt, feeding positioning rack, unloading rack, electric cabinet and water tank.

 

2. Its body is processed by grinding, which is with high precision. There is a protection shroud to avoid dust and water.

 

3. Customers can choose the quantity of the rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing heads according to grinding quality.
