Name: Continuous Bending Furnace for Lantern Decoration Craftwork
Features:
1. This machine is used for large volume producing all kinds of fused craftwork and fused glass for lantern decoration of small size.
2. Its total length length is 26m, screen width is 0.8m and the actual working height is 0.28m. It also can be prolonged and broadened according to customer's requirements.
3. The machine is divided into four sections -- loading and pre-heating zone, high temperature shaping zone, heat insulating zone, and cooling and unloading zone. It is heated from the upper side. In the high temperature section, it is heated from the four sides to guarantee the equilibrium of the temperature. The whole processing is controlled by computer with temperature tolerance +/-0.2.
4. It is with low power consumption, only 1/3~1/2 of the total power for normal running.
5. It adopts intelligent controlling device, Frequency-convert non-step speed adjusting is used in transporting section.
