Automatic Petroleum Products Acid Number Tester , applicable to GB/T264, GB7599-87, GB/T7304-2000 and other regulations, which can accurately test the acid value of transformer oil, steam-turbine oil, fire-resistant oil, diesel oil, gasoline oil and other petroleum products, has been widely used in fields of chemical industry, power, petroleum, etc. and thus is a ideal successor to current petroleum products acid value tester.
Main Characteristics:
1. Adopts neutralization theory, highly intelligent design, Large-screen LCD display, English menu. It uses micro-computer control, and finishes the procedure of liquid adding, titration, stirring, judging the titration end point, washing lines, printing results automatically. The entire testing process is automatic, without manual intervention.
2.Unique pressure titration systems, it adopts high precision photoelectric lotus measuring system, which efficiently avoid the defects such as pipe break, bubbles, large measurement error under pump pressure titration.
3.Unique pipeline cleaning function, it could efficiently avoid pipe plug and no bubbles, which could increase the service life of pipeline.
4. Adopts high precision optoelectronic integrated design, it could accurately determine acid number of transformer oil, steam turbine oil, fire resistant oil, diesel, gasoline, etc. The unique extract and neutralization buffer conveying line design, the reagent will not contact with air during use, which avoid the solvent evaporation and the effect by acid gases in air. The users don’t touch the solvent by hand, which reduced the harm by organic solvent and chemicals to human body.
5.Unique 6 specimen cups rotation type design. It can select the numbers of specimen cup according to users needs. The specimen could be divided into groups freely to determine. Convenient and efficient.
