Our Company
Dymex is a world-class producer of high quality surgical non-woven products and occupies 120,000 square meters, over 105,000 square meters of building area; with a standard ISO Class 8 clean-room over 23,000 square meters; we have one ETO sterilization center over 2,500 square meters, sterilization capacity is more than 7,500 cubic meters per month; Green Cross own more than 20 large-advanced production equipments, more than 2500 small process equipments. We has been distinguished with approvals and certifications such as FDA, ISO9001:2000, ISO13485:2003 and CE by TUV. In accordance with ISO13485, our quality control system for disposable medical series is established, production process is in conformity with EN13795 and EN14325., all products are with CE certification (protective clothing pass EC system: Article 11B)Microorganism laboratory and physical laboratory with ISO Class 7 have been built. Microorganism laboratory includes: positive control room, microorganism test room, asepsis room. All test equipments in physical laboratory meet international standard.eg: Martindale Abrasion Instrument, Electronic Peeling Test Machine, Servo Control Hydrostatic Head Tester, Bursting Strength Tester, Tensile Test Machine and so on.The monthly capacity is 1,800 ton non-woven, 200,000 sets surgical kits, 3,800,000 pieces of drapes, 1,000,000 pieces of gowns and 1,600,000 pieces of protective coveralls etc. There are over 20 senior management personnel, 50 speicalists, 120 technicians, and more than 3,500 staff. The products have been sold to EU, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Australia, Africa and other countries, sold in domestic market at the same time.
