Base frame
The complete generating set is mounted as a whole, on a heavy duty fabricated, welded steel base frame. The base frame incorporates built in fuel tank ans specially designed lifting points.
Factory tests
Each generator undergoes a 2-hours factory load test at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% duty and all protection devices and contrl functions are simulated and checked as part of the factoy testing regime. A test certificate can be provided upon request.

Warranty
A guarantee of 1000 hours or 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from shipping, whichever occurs first, is provided. Warranty will be invalid if customer disobey the requirements of the operation and maintance in Generator Set Technical Manual.This is supported by the added operation and maintenance backing of the principal component manufacture, global service networks.
