1. Specification
1) Application: It is used for collecting and holding the blood specimen during the biochemistry examination.
2) Specimen type: Blood serum.
3) Cap color: Yellow.
4) Material: Glass/PET.
5) Additive: Gel and Clot activator
6) Stroage temperature: 4-25 °C.
7) Max vacuum tolerance: ± 10%
8) Shelf life: PET tube 2 years, glass tube 3 years.
9) Attention: Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times,the blood will be coagulated within 10 mins and then it should be centrifugated 5-10 mins.
2. Product feature
Because the introduced separation gel is pure high polymer with stable physical and chemical properties,good thixotropy,and strong resistance to high temperature( 90°C ),it could effectively avoid the decomposition of the sstorage and transportation process.
The pure compound could avoid disturbance from the impure metal ion on the blood specimen to ensure the activity of the protein not to be affected;the uniform separated glue molecule weight prevents the micro-molecule substance drifting to the surface of the serum,polluting the serum and blocking the probe channel;besides,the membrane within the glass surface enables its seamless combination with the separation gel to prevent the material interchange of blood cell and serum and make sure that the biochemistry and chemical composition of the serum within the long time period will not greatly change.
