5. PRP Preparation Procedure(As follow picture)
1) Withdraw Blood and Prepare PRP
A. Fill PRP tubes with patient's blood.
B. Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times.
2) Centrifugation
A. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge for 5 minutes at 1500g.Place tubes opposite each other to balance.
B. Blood will fractionate. PRP(Platelet-Rich Plasma) will be on top and red blood cells and white blood cells at bottom,the platelet poor plasma is discarded.Concentrated platelets are collected into a Sterile Syringe.
3) Aspirate PRP
A. Right after Centrifugation,to aspirate the PRP. Be sure not to draw up the Red Blood Cells.
B. Collecting all platelet rich plasma and ready to inject to patients.

1. What is pyrogen free?
Pyrogen free is meaning no dead body of bacteria in PRP tubes,as we known,the bacteria can be killed,but their dead body will be existing and resurgence under environment, if this kind PRP inject into human,there will be heat effect,such as have a fever,bacterial infection and so on. in order to sure our PRP tubes are pyrogen free,the sterilization process including 3 steps,the first,cleaning by purified water and high temperature sterilization ,the second,cleaing by ethyl alcohol and high temperature sterilization ,the last,tubes are sterilized by Co.60.
2. Which models centrifuge are suitable for our PRP tubes?
Our PRP tubes can be used for all models low speed centrifuges,because our PRP tubes are designed according to all kinds of centrifuges,and more,we also provide advice before place order.
3. How long do treatment results last?
Treatment results will typically last up to 1½2- 2 years after the first treatment session in most patients. Touch-up treatments may be needed to maintain the desired effect.
4.Discount is available?
1) 1-100 pieces: the minimum order,no discount.
2) 101-500 pieces: 5% discount is available
3) 501-1000 pieces:10% discount is available
4) 1000 pieces more: 15%-20% discount,depending on quantity.
