HDT external fixation material is one kind of high-end medical material. It’s made of raw materials imported from Korea which meets the world’s highest quality standards and manufactured according to the independently-developed “Knitting Machine Forming Method”, Split-design Technology, Individual Stitch Selection Technology and Yarn Abscission Technology. Comparing with plaster splint, Its salient features are “light-weight,high-strength,excellent air-permeability and X-ray permissibility,easy-operation,environmental protection,etc.
1. Easy-operation. Follow general procedure. If Skin trauma occurred of the affected body part or the operation time is too long,please fix it, then spray water onto the package to accelerate hardening
2. Short cure time. Cured after molding in 2 or 3 minutes, and able to bear the weight after 10 minutes.
3. Stable molding. Good bending and tensile strength,Allow free bending. Cast could be made as tube-like splint and won’t deform after cure.
4. Good hardness and orthopedic ability. Test shows that the cured HDT Cast is 20 times harder than plaster,ensures the success of the surgery.
5. Good transmittancy. Clear X-ray effect ensures an accurate command of bone set and recovery conditions for doctors. Avoid affecting review due to insufficient light from plaster so as to reduce the risk of a second surgery.

How to use?
HDT orthopedic casting tape operation:
Put on the surgical gloves,choose the right size of bandage according to the different body parts,put on a cotton-padded covering over the affected part, immerse the cast in normal temperature water for 3-4 seconds, then squeeze out excess water. Wrap 2-3layers on the affected part, overlapping the previous layer by one-half or one thirds the width of the bandage. In the last,to arrange moulding after wrapped to make the layers tightly and surface smooth.
