Description:
Semi-automatic single bridge laminated glass cutting machine cutting table with high efficiency and accuracy of the advantages of accurate. Suitable for large plate glass to cut into small pieces. Gas floating mesa, with glass turn table, glass are free to promote and rotation. Pull on the grid to the size of the cutting position, and promote the glass near the gate position, on the foot switch, stepping motor drive the double beam (and) run automatically cutting, cutting after completion of the pneumatic bit automatic position.
Principle of Work
Double beam mobile cutting way
(1) walking part: for X axis (3660 mm side) linear movement up and down. Pedaled foot switch, X axis stepper motor drive up and down in a quick head cutting, cutting head up after the completion of rapid return to the origin.
(2) set size parts: Y direction assembly linear bearing and ruler parallel, with its position on the grid, can be arbitrary regulation cutting size
(3) the mesa with pneumatic push rod, helps to break tablet.
(4) any of the above actions adopted PLC central control, display interface using Chinese liquid show.

Payment Terms:
1)Telex Transfer (T/T), The buyer should pay Down Payment 30% of the total amount($)by T/T within 7 days after signing the contract by both Buyer and Seller. The balance 70% of the total amount ($)should be paid by T/T before shipment.
Quality of Goods:
1) The quality of the goods is to satisfy CE Standard on some electrical components and rest of the components does according to the standards existing in the country of the producer of the goods.
2) Warranty period – 24 months.
a. During the period, easily-damaged spare parts are delivered to the Buyer by the Seller free of charge.
b. If any problems on the machines, the Seller should be responsible for technical support.
3) Guarantee of the quality:
Price is not including the installation charge, if necessary, the seller will send engineer to the buyer’s factory for (commissioning) installation and test of machineries as below:
a. Buyer should pay for the double-way air ticket before engineers depart for installation.
b. Buyer should be responsible for engineers’ accommodation, food and local transportation during installation and testing of the machines as well as US$50 per day per person.
4) Packaging shall protect the goods from any damage during transportation and prevent from weather impact.
