1.How to choose the laser power?
According to your material thickness,we can help you choose,such as 60W/80W/100W/130W/150W/180W. We adopted superior quality laser tube with long life time. As we all know,the laser tube is the most part for the laser machine.
2.How to operate the laser cutting machine?
Our machine is used advanced DSP off-line control system. It is convenient for you to operate the control panel directly instead of operating your computer. In additional,we can supply you with the English videos when the machine is shipped,and our engineer can service for you online. You can learn it quickly.
3.What control software are supported by our laser machine?
Both design and output are working out by CorelDraw/ AutoCAD. Lasercut5.3 is useless and out of market. The software is easy to operate which takes at most 3 days. Besides, we will provide you with detailed English Manual, Maintenance Manual and Teaching Video.
4. what are the consumable parts?
Laser machine is a high-tech device. It's not necessary to change all parts. You only have to change Laser Tube, Focusing Lens and Reflective Mirror usually. As for life time, it's up to you job from half an year to 3 years for Laser Tube while lens and mirror is seldom to change with good quality and maintenance.
5.What are our Accessories & Spare parts?
