- 3. Processed by physical sand blasting and antirust zinc coating with another two layers of paintings,
our machines are made in perfect appearance and hardness with strong anti-corrosion adhesives.
- 4.Cushions are covered by PU leather, and handles with high quality rubber.
- 5.Handle caps are all chromed.
- 6.The seat can be adjusted up and down smoothly with superior gassprings, and the height is
marked with numbers. Cable wires of 6mm in diameter, can bear 800kgs strength
- 7.We use the advanced wear-resisting systems and Carbon-Dioxide-Protection
Welding devices to guarantee the stability and safety of every machine.

1.Purchase department screen the suppliers of raw materials such as steel tube, pipe, plate, plastic,nylon pulley,
alloy pulley,flexible steel cable, bearing, synthetic leather, PU foam cushion, and report to quality department
for approval.
2.Purchase raw materials only from the qualified supplier that are checked in the quality department
3.Strict processing on the drawing by modern machinery (we have drawing administration system separately).
4.Quality department inspect the semi-finished products and checked in, and dispose all the defective part.
5.Welding department weld the mainframe, and inspect and test by the quality department by drawing and standard.
6.Assembling the gym equipment, and inspect the actual performance one by one, and check in for every gym equipment.
7.Dissembling the gym equipment, and do the surface treatment, we choose two-layer electrostatic powder coating.
8.Quality department inspect the surface of every parts by inspection standard and rejected those unqualified.
9.Packed into plywood case (have separately package management rules).
10.Be put in storage (storage management system).
11.Delivery cargo of from storage and warehouse-out inspection at the same time in accordance with specific purchase order .
12.Product tracings are shifted to After-sale service department and in charge of spare parts supply.
