How to Start
Select the appropriate weight. Grab the handle firmly and then sit.Put legs against pad.Put the feet on the pedal.Adjust the seat so the handles are located at properly position.Adjust the leg pad so that your legs are comfortable.
Exercise Movement
Put the legs against the pad.Pull the handles toward your chest slowly till the wide chest and then return slowly the handles back to the start position. Begin the second repetition before the weight plates touch.

2. Parts Missing: Missing parts will be sent no more than 3 days, after confirmed.

1.10 years for structural steel frame ,3 yealstery, handgrips, all other items not listed ,5 years for painting ,1.5 year for cable/belt, bearings, springs
2 years for uphors for rotary bearings, weight stack, pulley, guide rods and structural parts
2. 2% total value easy-broken parts will go with goods for free;
3. We suggest you update new machine 5 years per time; During this time, any parts missing or broken, just let us know, parts will be sent to you ASAP. And you should share the parts cost and transportation fee.
