Bridge Bearing Lead Rubber Bearing for Bridge
1. Bridge bearings are designed for transmitting the load of the superstructure to the substructure, while allowing the specific movements and rotation of the superstructure caused by the wind or seismic effects, temperature variations, deck deflections, sinking of any of the supports, elastic shortening due to creeping, shrinkage or prestressing, etc.
2. Whether elastomeric bearings, pot bearings, spherical bearings or other bearing types are used depends on the structure, load and movements of the bridge.
3. Our engineers can help the bridge designer choose the right bearing types for the structure.
4. All of our bearings are manufactured in accordance with the International Standards.
- Materials: quality natural rubber, neoprene or others to suit your scheme.
- Thickness: 1/8” to 30” or custom thickness.
- Width: 36” to 48” or custom widths.
- Shapes: rectangular, square or round (with optional holes for anchor bolts as your request).
- Hardness: 50 to 70 durometer complying with AASHTO.
- Standards: AASHTO, ASTM D4014, BS EN 1337 or other standards according to your requirements.
3.LRB bridge bearing was deliverd within 10 days after received the advance payment
1. What is the Payment Term ?
In general,30% T/T deposit in advance,balance aginst the copy of B/L .If the quantity and amount is small,we suggest 100% deposit in advance.
2.Can we produce goods with special specification?
First of all ,we need to know the specification in details,then we need to check with our technology department,we will give customer satisfying reply as soon as possible.
3.Can we delivery goods on time ?
Yes,If there is the special case of force majeure, we will inform the clients in advance.
4.what is the port of loading ?
In general,Tianjin/Qingdao/Ningbo ,other ports as customer request.
5. What is the warrantee period?
There is a 1 year warranty from the date of EX-factory.
