Function and Characteristics:
- Design speed: 180m/min.
- Expiry width: 1400mm-2200mm.
- Corrugated roller: diameter:360
- Vacuum and adsorbed transmitting cardboard equipment, with airflow control.
- Glue and upper roller are designed to groups guide slippage. Load and unload are convenient and efficient.
- The upper corrugating, pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control.
- The axle of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature grease to lubricate.
- Adopt electric paste insulation configuration. The glue parts running separately while the main motor stopped, in order to prevent paste from drying up. (chose to install )
- Electric adjusted figure show the glue duality or manual adjust the glue quality.
The upper-lower corrugating rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC58-60 º, the surface are whetted and plating chrome
