Jewelry laser welder is specially developed for laser welding of jewelry by Superwave and mainly used in perforating and spot welding of gold and silver jewelry.  Jewelry laser welder  is an important aspect of laser process technology application. The spot welding process is thermal conduction, i.e. the laser radiation heats the surface of work piece, and the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool. Because of its unique advantage, Jewelry laser welder  is widely used in the process of gold and silver jewelry and welding of mini and small parts.

1.The energy, pulse width, frequency and light spot size can be adjusted in a large range to realize different welding effects. The parameters are adjusted by the lever in the seal cavity, which is simple and highly efficient.

2.Ceramic converging cavity is imported from the Britain.   Jewelry laser welder  is corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant, and has 8-10 years service life. The life of xenon lamp is more than 8 million times.

Free Training by VCD: We will supply the machine with <Training VCD> , <User's Manual> and <Instruction Book> in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by E-mail, fax, telephone, MSN, ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting. (Recommend)

Free Training in Superwave Laser's Factory: You can sent operator to Superwave Laser factory for free training. Superwave Laser will offer professional guide for free. It is direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have well-assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility.

Our engineer can do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period.

 Quality Guarantee & After-Sales Services

The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage artificially, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
