The machine can accurately control the liquid nitrogen quantity, the product has no container without the ability of nitrogen, with Siemens PLC programming control and touch screen control system. It can cooperate with any production line.

Whole line adopts vacuum liquid nitrogen thermal insulation pipe, to ensure  minimum consumption of liquid nitrogen.

operating conditions:

1,Liquid nitrogen supply: To 15 (0.1 MPa) connected to the liquid nitrogen mouth.

2,Compressed air or nitrogen: Used to supply the refill valve work , Need pipe of  ¼” diameter, pressure range 50-100 psig (3.4 to 6.9 bar).  

setting pressure 50 psig (0.35MPa),if pressure setting is too high, and is not conducive to refill valve core and internal vacuum pipe life.
