This single head sauce filling machine is suit for big tinplate can sauce filling. It is single piston filling machine which adopts motor,pneumatic components and PLC program control. Fuji servo motor and servo motor controller controls the filling valve route, the user change the filling volume between 400g and 4500g via touch screen to make the filling volumes adjustable continuously. This machine could fill the second time to the can, and enlarge the filling volume to 9000g.
The machine is equipped with the agitation system and automation system, like three-point level control system,stirring system,No can No filling system and so on. The operation is simple and no need change can moulds when change can size. The filling precision is high, and error control within ±4‰.
