This piston sauce filling machine is designed and produced on the basis of the most advanced technology of the piston filling machine. It is suits for hot and cold filling.
The main electric elements adopt “Siemens” PLC, “Delta” frequency converter, “Omron” proximity sensor, and “Siemens” analog output. Set up production speed through touch screen, the machine alarm automatically of common malfunction and show corresponding malfunction position, and then PLC judge to continue to work or stop according to the serious level.
This series of machines are suitable for filling of all different sauces (like ketchup,chili paste,jam and so on),the high concentration beverage with flesh or granular,thick material and liquid. It is high speed, running steady, good looking and easy to use and maintenance.
