About Autoclave
The autoclave is a big, heavy duty design high presure device. The autoclave is applicable for curing the cut body under high temperature and high pressure, and is also applicable for curing the autoclaved brick under high temperature and high pressure. Autoclave is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete and autoclaved brick. Our autoclave is a principle and cylindrical device made of steel, and has the advantages of good quality and reliable performance.
Features
1 It is designed by forth machinery design ministry, the drawing is subject to National standard 150.
2 The steel plate for cyliner(16MnR) is from famous An steel, Around beveling we make break mouth, use automatic submerged solitary welding equipment, pressure element 100% X-ray scan testing to ensure welding process.
3 The autoclave ring, door is made of forging 16Mn, after Annealing, heat treatment, door has heat preservation before leave factory.
4 Advanced turbine vortex rod reducer is applied.
5 Dia.2×21 could accept 20000 pcs standard size bricks, 31m could accept 30000 pcs standard bricks.
6 When length is 21m, and plate thickness is 14mm, its weight is less 2tons than 16mm thickness. When length is 31m, and plate is 14mm, its weight is less 3tons than 16mm thickness.
7 Safe valve DN80 is much better than other facory DN50, Base plate 20mm is thicker than other factory 18mm.
