Leadfluid 1.8-6000ml/min WT600S Basic Speed Variable Peristaltic Pump

This pump adopts DC brushless motor drive which is large torque, free maintenance, can cascade four pump heads .Has basic functions such as reversible direction, start/stop, full speed (fast cleaning) and adjust speed. Control the start/stop, reversible direction, adjusts the speed via external analog quality, and adds the time dispensing function.RS485 interface, as adopting the MODBUS communication protocol, the pump is easier to be connected with other equipments, such as computer, human machines interface and PLC.
» Function and Feature
•Four-figure digital LED indicator display working speed.
• The LED indicator displays the internal, external control, footswitch etc working modes.
• Mask keypad operation.
• Reversible direction, start/stop, adjust
speed and full speed, state memory (power –down memory).
• Easy dispensing functions, it realizes the repeat timing quantitative dispensing liquid
• Can drive multi-channels and various types of pump heads.
• Speed resolution is 1rpm, speed range is 30-600rpm, flow accuracy is 3%.
• Stainless steel housing, easy to clean, excellent resistance to the corrosion of the acid ,alkali ,sodium and the organic solvents.
• The circuit board with conformal coating makes it dust-proof and moisture-proof.
• Super anti-interference feature, wide input voltage range, acceptable for the complex power environment.
• External high –low electrical level controls the start/stop, reversible direction and easy dispensing function,
optically coupled isolator; external analog adjusts the rotate speed.
• RS485 interface ,MODBUS protocol is available ,easy to connect with other equipments.
• Optional footswitch or timer for dispensing fluid.
