Hydrazine is an oxygen binding agent used in service water applications, primarily in steam generating
systems. It is a carcinogenic substance that requires particular care and attention when handling.
It is safe to assume that the triggering threshold of hydrazine will not be exceeded in sealed and gas-tight
systems if used properly.

The CONC solenoid dosing pump is a microprocessor-controlled, short-stroke, solenoid-driven, diaphragm-type dosing pump for metering liquid, non-combustible media. It is popular to our customer for its precise design, reliable operation, good performance-cost ratio. It is widely applied to all kinds of chemicals dosing, with a good anti-corrosion performance of the liquid ends.

1.Solenoid-driven positive displacement dosing pump, compact, reliable & durable.
2.Capacity range from 0.7 l/h to 23 l/h, at a max. backpressure of 1.5 bar to 16 bar.
3.Multiple choices of liquid end materials for anti -corrosion purpose.
4.Stroke length is adjustable manually from 0 to 100%.
5.Various stroke frequency control modes on request:
3 constant metering frequencies manually: 100%, 50%, 25%.
Potential free contact input & 50%, 100% constant frequencies.
4-20mA input & 50%, 100% constant frequencies.
Liquid end material:
PP1=PP/EPDM seal
(PP2=PP/FPM seal(Viton®) not applicable for dosing hydrazine)
