4) standard: GB/T3639-2009, DIN2391, SAE1536, ASTM A53, EN10305
5) length: 400-800mm fixed length or 3000-5800mm fixed length or random length
6) heat treatment: BK, BKS, BKW,GBK, NBK (details as below )
7) surface treatment: oiled, polished, honed
8) ends processing: plain ends, ends chamfer
Delivery Conditions |
1. BK(+C) |
No heat treatment after last cold forming process. |
2. BKW(+LC) |
After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass(cold drawing) |

3. BKS(+SR) |
After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed. |
|
4. GBK(+A) |
After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere. |
|
5. NBK(+N) |
After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere. |

1) Are you a trading company and manufacturer?
Yes, we have have plant and trading company, we can deal business both, but do it as condition.
2) How can I get your prices?
Pls show us your target tube size (OD ,wall) and tolerance on OD/ID, material (steel grade),
length tube(if length, random length or fix length ?), mechanical property (tensile strength, yield
strength, elongation, hardness, roughness of OD/ID), quantity, packing requirement ,application
and specialy requirement. Then,we can send you an exact quotation within 24 hours.
3) What's your MOQ?
For common coating type and common size, MOQ is 3000kg ; for specially coatinf type or specialy
size need confirmed.
4) How can I get some samples to do quality approved?
After quotation confirmed, we can send some samples for testing, severl pieces tube are free,but big
quantity maybe charged and freight should be bear by client.
5) What about the leading time for mass order producing?
Usually, 15-20 days for material preparing and producing after order confirmed, and 10 days for shipment
booking and confirmed.30 days min for common size and type, special size and type need confirm.
6) Could the tube be customized for us?
Sure, we are professional supplier.when we confirmed and accept all your target requirement,we can
customize the tube as your target.
