How do I get a quote?

At Tuowei Prototype, getting a quote is fast, friendly, and easy. Just send your design and engineering production specifications, PDF, CMF, and 3D data in file formats: (.iges or .step for CNC Machining) & (.stl for 3D Printing), and we will provide you with a quote for prototyping models, or mass production.

How long doest it take to get a quote?

We can typically provide quotes as quickly as in1 or 2 hours, however depending on the complexity of production & scope of subcontracting, quotes can sometimes require up to 1 or 2 days to accurately assess.

Is there a cost for quotation?

No. We provide quotations at no cost to clients.

Is there a cost for consultations?

No. We provide consultations at no cost to clients.

Do you sign NDAs?

Non-Disclosure Agreement forms for clients to sign and/or we can sign NDAs provided and sent to us from clients.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are as follows: 1. Bank confirmation of receipt of advanced payment for 50% of the cost of the project is required before production begins.2.  Bank confirmation of receipt of the remaining balance is required before shipment of the products.3. Clients are liable for all shipping costs incurred.

Can I purchase services using a PO?

Yes. We do accept official Purchase Orders. In order to best serve our clients in reducing production time, we typically send an invoice.
