According to the prototype, you can validate the precision, rationality, aesthetics and the accuracy of the structural design. Rapid prototyping will be helpful for inspection before take it into mass production .It also can save a lot of time for the rapid prototyping.

A: Minimum Order Quantity is one piece/set.
Q3 Could you do the mass production?
A: Yes, we have three in one industry line, from design to production. After you test the prototype, then you want put it into mass production, we can produce it for you easily, no more middlemen, no more conflict when problems turns up.
Q4 which 3d drawing files should go with the machines?
A: CNC machines only read *IGS,*STP,*STEP,*IGES,*X-T format, For *STL format, it goes with 3d printer and SLA.
Q5 what is your added value service?
A:Well,When you want to change the color during the process ,and we could change it if it wont influence the tolerance ,and when there is something problem with the design or drawing files, our engineers or CTO can cooperate with the problem and figure it out.

Q7 how can I get a fast quotation?
A: Once we get three information below: a) 3d drawings(in igs ,igs ,stp ,step ,x-t format ) as well as 2d drawing files ,
b) CMF (color, material, and surface finishing information), c) quantity, and then we would quote you as soon as possible.
