Processing Brief Introduction:
CNC Machining
CNC is a subtractive rapid prototyping fabrication process for creating plastic or meatal prototypes. The material is removed from a solid block by Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment that cuts the extra materials away .

RTV
Cast Urethanes, RTV Molding and Polyurethanes (Polys) all refer to a low volume production method that produces parts from a Polyurethane plastic material for prototyping purposes.
These parts have material properties similar to production-like plastics. It is possible to make these parts appear just like hard tooled plastic parts through surface finish, color, accuracy, and material properties.
