Specification
Construction
FRP Gratings are produced by wet moulding and hot curing in a heated mould. The reinforcement
consists of continuous fibreglass rovings in alternating layers. So the loads are distributed evenly
in all directions.
Design
Regularly Moulded FRP Gratings have a polyester resin matrix. Glass content is approximately
35%. Standard colours are green, yellow or grey, other colours are available according to RAL.
Charictaristics of FRP Grating
1.Resist to many chemical material corrosion, never rust, long service life,
maintainance free.
FRP grating is a kind of non metal material which is different from traditional metal
grating. It will not rust caused by electrochemical corrosion to damage the material
structure; it requires no periodical checking; it will not stop production when
maintain ; there will be no such accideta caused like steel garting. Meanwhile ,
it will not decay like wood, and will be the substitute of iron, wood, cement etc.
2.Light, hing strenthness, easy to cut and install.
It is a kind of compound of resin and fiberglass, which has small density(1/4 of
iron, 2/3 of aluminum), while the strengthness is higher than theses material.The
cost for the support is reduced. Meanwhile the easy cutting and installation also
reduced the additional cost because there is no need for fire cutting and big crane
lifting.
3.Flexible in design, dimension, and high precision in dimension.
Different pane, shape dimension and different load requirement. And we can also
minimize the cutting cost for customers.
4.Slight flexibility can give person who work on that and confortable
feeling can improve the working efficiency.
5.Identical color both inside and outside and also optional. Customer
can choose the color to improve the working environment.
