PRODUCT PARAMETERS
- Equipped with the computer-controlled system imported from Taiwan and servo motor imported from Japan .
- It has four axes, three of them are interconnected and the rest of them are an assistant axis. It can have eight work positions working continuously
- A precious inspection tracer device is installed; it will stop working automatically when the unqualified product is found .
- The parameters such as major diameter and angle can be modified at any time according to the working status displayed on the fluorescence screen .
- It is suitable for producing double torsion spring, straight spring, pagoda-shaped compression spring, rectangle spring, swirl spring and other different spring and special-shaped spring etc .

- Controllers are imported from Hust, Taiwan. Motors from Sanyo,Janpan.
- Can you offer training in our plant?
- Basically, we have sales and service teams in Euro, Turkey, Korea,Japan, South American, India. If you are out of these countries, our enginner will be sent to your place for training if you need.
- How many years you exported? Do you have CE?
- Definitely, we have exported spring machines in past 9 years, and all of the machines have CE certificates.
