BPM Series macchine per produrre pellet prezzi
Gemco supply bpm series pellet machines can be product 200-2000 kg/hr. We adopt imported bearing (NSK/SKF brand) and seals fort better transmission, stable operating, and less noise.
Key working parts of the pellet making machine become stronger after modifying the material with heating processing technology. Main parts are forged. The processing capacity of our ring die is 800-1000MT. The ring die is clasped by quick-discharge clip.

Main Features
1) Adopting aerodynamic technology & the current round principle: reduces the temperature in pelletizing chamber to around 90°C. As a result the machine can work well continuously.
2) Timing feeder can control the feeding speed to reduce the block ratio.
3 )The body is more durable because we use spheroidal graphite cast iron.
4) Capacity increased after adding another force feeder made from stainless steel to increase the feeding spread area.
5) Improved U type screw conveyor. Adjustable feeding speeds allow continuous feeding without blockage.
6) Using the most famous brand of motors in China: WANNAN motors perform better than Simens. The electrical components are made from DELIXI (same brand that Chinese satellite launch center uses).
7) Gear driven through high precision gears.
The gears are treated by hardness quenching and processed by a milling machine. Thus maintain high concentricity with the shaft. These guarantee high performance and improved capacity over belt driven models.Ring Die
