How is the packing and shipping for such a big machine ?
The Horizontal Flexible Foaming Macking Machine Line will be packed with parts in paper and plastic film some parts will be in the wooden case also. All that we need 2*40HQ+1*20GP container.
1. We will make all the machine parts and install it in our factory after the customer come and check the machine then we arrange the loading.
2.We will send 2-4 engineers to the customer factory to help to install and testing the machine. We will send the opeartion manul and teach the engineer in customer factory how to use the machine.
3.We will offer one year warranty period and after that we will offer long time after sale service

Q:Before I buy the machine i want to see the foaming process and also learn the foaming is your company can offer this?
A: Of course we also have our foam factory you can just come and see the machine at any time and after you buy the machine from us you can also learn the foaming in our factory.
Q: We are not experience how can we know what kind of chemicals and formular that we need?
A: We will send our experience engineer to your factory to help to install and testing the machine will provided the targeted formulation and also we can help to buy all the raw material also.
Q: We didnt have any experience engineer in our factory can you help to find some in China then work in my factory for half a year or long time.
A: No problem. We can help to find the production manager then arrange the working in your factory but you need to pay his salary. We also have the engineer that who can speak English that can help to teach your engineer during his stay.
