pet dog Chewing Gum Machine
Dog Chewing Gum Machine is the new technology line developed by us based on many years research of dog chews machine.This line can produce many different shapes of dog chews like bone/stick/twist,double color/various color chewing gums with core filling.The main materials for dog chews food is starch.With scientific configuration,the dog chews are extruded from our single screw extruder or co-single screw extruders. The dog chewing gum does not only provide rich protein,fat,vitamin ect for dogs, but also satisfy the dog nature hobby ,give dogs strong teeth,reduce the bad smell of dog mouth and clean dog mouth and teeth.Also it can improve the dog intestinal function and reduce the bad smell of dog poops.

Manufacturing standard
All the parts whether we purchase from our suppliers or made by ourselves must be tested according to strict standard.
Each machine in our factory has to be tested and proved before its delivery.
Packing and shipping
The machines will be packed into wooden cases or wrapped by plastic film. Firstly, anti-rust oil painted to the machine, then wrapping film and air bubble pad then export non-fumigation wooden cases packing outside.
Containers will be sent to our factory to load the machines and will be sealed before being sent out to make sure the safety of our machines.
