Modified Starch Plant
1. Description:
Modified starch plant is developed to meet the demands of nutrition food. This processing line adopts rice flour, corn flour, soybean flour and other nutrition grains flour as raw materials. It has features which are popular with food manufacturers, such as high automation, easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriments.
This processing line can also be used to produce modified starch. The modified starch is widely used in many fields like textile, food processing, oil drilling, paper making, chemical industries etc.
2. Raw materials: corn starch, cassava starch, potato starch,maize starch,tapioca starch
3. Products: oil drilling starch, Pre-gelatinized starch
4. Capacity: 150kg/h,300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1ton/h, 2ton/h
5. Flow Chart: Mixing---Extrusion---Drying---Grinding---Blending—Packing
6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries
7. Machines Materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel
