1. Description:
Twin screw Food machine for extrusion and inflating can produce different extrusion/puffed snacks.
It adopts advanced share extrusion technology,which can produce a variety of snack food which are popular in the market,such as proteinfood,screw,shell food,cereal corn flakes,core-filling rolls etc.
It can also produce nutritional powder.grain gruel and many other snack food through changing moulds and assistant equipments.
This extruder is of leading level because of its superior characters "Normal materials,Cinvenient operation and maintenance,lower power consumption,higher output".
2. Raw materials: the soft filling materials include chocolate, cream, jelly, fruit paste, date paste.
the ingredients of the outer part is generally wheat, a variety of other cereal grains can also be progressed such as rice, corn, barley, rye, oats, sorghum, etc.
3. Products: Variety shapes are available for the core-filled food, including pillows, tubes, bars, long and short ovals, heart shape by adjusting the roller in the shaper
Also can produce snacks cereals ect by adjusting the mould from extruder
