1.  INTRODUCTION:

     This is Automatic Electro Galvanizing Plating Production Line for the different kinds of steel pipes. PLC controlled system makes the machine line easily to operation. All the components used are with famous brand both aboard and at home, they guarantee the machine line had perfect performance and high quality as well as long living life.

2.    PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT:

These equipments are all automatic controlled by computer.

3.   APLICATION:

       The machine with high efficiency device and easy operation, can electroplate a wide size(Φ4.75~15),single or double welded steel tube, can galvanic 4~8 tubes at the same time, the coating layer are color zinc, white ,olive green, PVF plating. The thickness of the coating layer is 5~25μm, including the inspection equipment at all the stage.
