We are specialized in Electro galvanizing equipment design and production, arrangements, installation and testing. The following is for your reference.
1. INTRODUCTION
This is an Automatic Electro Galvanizing Plating Production Line for the different kinds of steel pipes. PLC controlled system makes the machine line easily to operation. All the components used are with famous brand both aboard and at home, they guarantee the machine line had perfect performance and high quality as well as long living life.

3. APPLICATION
The machine with high efficiency device and easy operation, can electroplate a wide size(Φ4.75~15),single or double welded steel tube, can galvanic 4~8 tubes at the same time, the coating layer are color zinc, white ,olive green, PVF plating. The thickness of the coating layer is 5~25μm, including the inspection equipment at all the stage.
