Introduction |
corn core, soya stalks, weed, furfural dregs, sugarcane dregs and other solid wastes into stalk-type solid particle fuel (biomass fuel), by crushing, pressing, density-increasing and molding. After molding, the particles are heavy, small, resistant to burn, and easy to store and transport. The molded fuel’s volume is 1/30-1/40 of the raw material, weight is 10-15 times heavier than raw materials, density is 0.8-1.4, thermal value is up to 3,500-6,000 kcal. The fuel is of a solid type and is easy to volatize phenol. It can replace firewood, coal, fuel oil, liquefied gas, and is widely used in heating, household stoves, hot water boilers, industrial boilers, and biomass power plants. When being installed, this machine should be placed on the flat ground surface, four corners be set level. Before starting up, check if all the fastening bolts are loose or not. All lubricated parts should be filled with enough lubricant, and especially, the gear case should be filled with gear oil. Because of its big power, the machine needs a large size power line to connect its apparatus cabinet. One side is connected to apparatus cabinet and the other is connected to a protective air switch. Before starting up, turn on the heater to heat up the forming plate. When the temperature is higher than the preset value, start up the main engine and uniformly feed materials. It’s not allowed to feed non-uniformly. Raw material requirements: the length is about 40 mm and moisture is within 5% -30%. This machine is equipped with an automatic heating device mounted on the forming plate and it can adjust the material dryness and humidity, which solved the problem of shapelessness. After being molded, the particles shall not be shipped immediately. You should wait about 40 minutes until they are solidified, and then ship them. Turning off: Before turning off the machine, you should exhaust the inside raw materials and add some raw materials with high moisture into the machine to eliminate the original raw materials in the forming plate. After the raw materials are exhausted, shut down the main machine. Because of the poor working environment, the binding bolts in all parts should be regularly checked. If they are loose, tighten them timely. Check whether the lubricated parts are short of oil. If they are, fill them. The gear case should be regularly replaced. As the compression roller and forming plate are made of special material, they are easy to wear after long-term use. If they are worn-out, you can continually use them after welding and milling them with a wearable welding rod.
