1.This machine is used to produce one ane two color outsole in TR/TPU/PVC/TPR/Rubber material.
2. The crane bar clamping mold makes more stable and final products without rought edges.
3.This machine has automatic lubrication system which can make the machie run more years and reduce maintain time.
4.Upside mold plate can turn 90degree and push the sole out automatically. Downside mold plate go out automatically after open mold to insure the products shape well and reduce workers.
5.Touch screen computer and PLC system adopts Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubish products to insure the machine work stable and precise. This machine has automatical protect device for electric, liquid and air.
6.Automatic compensation for mold thickness and suitable for different size of molds to enhance production flexibility. Mold plate and mold have cooling systerm. It can make the products shape faster and increase the production capacity.
7.It has servo motor which can save lots of electric consumption and protect earth environment.
