1.This machine is applied to produce all kinds of one color and two color outsole of high standard lady fashion shoes,leather shoes and so on.
2.This machine is suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials,foaming
or non-foaming,such as TR,TPR,TPU,PVC etc.
3.Machine's entire oil system controlled independently,it has fast speed, accurate
pressure,excellent quality.
4.Closing mold with two steps control which make no damage to the mold,
materials are injected by two steps pressures.
5.It adopts double proportional pressure and flow control,pressure,flow and time
of each mould can be setted independently.It is suitable for injecting different
model products together.
6.Operation with full antumatic computer controlled by PLC and man-machine
interface.
