Producing process:
Feeding--etching1 --etching 2-- recycle water washing--urban water washing-bolt up-check--soak→spraying stripping → recycle water washing→urban water washing→bolt up→hot air drying→ discharge
Character: precision double etching, smooth surface on both edges, no embossment, no convex-concave, no burnisher burr , no warping, no , any complicated pattern or geometric figure is available. Compared to perforated metal, it does not need polishing, and moreover, it’s very easy to change design and takes shorter producing time. It can produce what perforated metal machine can not produce.
End use: metal mobile keyboard, precise filter, shaped wire mesh, nameplate, juice machine filter, razor sheet, precise elecronics parts, ani-insect net, meal crafts, metal grid, metal cover, metal plate for model, decorative metal plate, metal name plate, metal cards, etched ornament, etc.
