1. This machine is used to produce various kinds of one color soles, slippers, sandals, short-height boots and it is special for producing sports shoes and leather shoes in all plastic.
2. It is suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC, TPR, PCU.
3. The well-interconnected oil circuit by electric control can reduce waiting time, quicken production rate, and promote productivity.
4. Air blowing system device with air release function of mold makes the products lightweight, soft with gloss surface and high value.
5. Injection pressure and speed of each station can be controlled individually according to different materials and molds by PLC system; It can use different molds at the same machine. It saves the time of mold-change and extends the cooling time.
