Equipment Description:
Full automatic water softeners(full automatic sodium ion exchanger) we develop and produce, mainly take full automatic softening water control valve from USA or domestic famous brands as dominant.
Except from requiring labor to supply salinity, other procedures of the equipment operate automatically.
Configuration mode like these: single tanktwo-tankmulti-tank, Control mode can be devided into time control type and flow control type (user can choose domestic manual, semi-automatic control plant), unit production ranges from 0.05T/H to 500T/H
Characteristics and advantages:
1,High degree of automation, stable conditions of supplying water, long servicelife, automatic in whole course, only needs labor to add salt in regular.
2, High effeciency,low energy-consumption,economic operating cost. as whole design is reasonable, It makes exchange ability of resin put into great play. various energy index of the equipment itself is significantly lower than ordinary softener, self-control equipment does not need special operator, all these bring plenty of convenience to users, and make good economic benefit.
Water consumption: < 2% of water production
Salt consumption: regenerate one litre resin need about 160-240g salt, concrete salt consumption need to be determined according to user’s raw water quality index.
Electronic consumption: 3W-40W, electronic consumption only comes up to 1% of general water softening plant because it does not need salt pump and use 220V general lighting power supply
3, Equipments structure is compact, occupy less foot-print, it need no special equipment basis, can be placed directly on flat floor.
4, User-friendly. it’s simple and easy to installdebugoperate, with its control components stable function, allows users not to have worries later on. corrosion-resistant, anti-pollution, lead-free brass control valves. It is held internally non-poisonous PE plastic exchange tank of carbon steel corrosion,stainless steel pot or winded fiber-glass exchanging pot, PE plastic or fiber-glass salt box, all these is enough to guarantee the equipment corrosion,anti-pollution,non-toxic,tasteless and superior function of non-harm.

2,The system is matched with USA Fleck time type controller and multiway valve, also can install flow type controller and multiway valve or USA Autotrol controller and multiway valve.
3,The system can be used integrated with Multi Media Filteractive carbon filter to adapt much worse raw water quality.
